How to Remove the Rear Motor Side Cover on an Arwibon Q30 Scooter

This guide shows how to remove the rear motor side cover on an Arwibon Q30 scooter for internal inspection or repair. The procedure applies when checking the stator, magnets, Hall sensors, bearing, seal, or signs of water intrusion inside the motor.

The motor contains strong permanent magnets. When the cover begins to separate, keep your fingers away from the gap and pull the cover as straight as possible to avoid loading the center bearing sideways.
