Arwibon GT08 Key Lock & Voltage Display Replacement Guide

(Key Lock Replacement Guide)

Tools Needed

• Allen wrench

Remove Old Key Lock

1. Turn off the scooter before operation.
2. Remove the black spiral wire sleeve around the handlebar wiring.
3. Find the key lock connection plug and disconnect it.
4. Remove the handlebar grip if it blocks the removal.
5. Loosen the key lock fixing screw with an Allen wrench.
6. Slide the old key lock assembly out from the handlebar.

Install New Key Lock

1. Insert the new key lock assembly into the handlebar.
2. Adjust the display angle to a suitable position.
3. Tighten the fixing screw.
4. Connect the wiring plug.
5. Reinstall the spiral wire sleeve to protect the cable.

Final Check

1. Turn on the scooter with the key.
2. Check if the voltage display works normally.
3. Confirm the key switch can power the scooter on and off.

Replacement completed.
