• Assumption of Risk: Riding high-performance electric scooters involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loss of control, collisions, and falls. The rider assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the use of Arwibon products.

• Protective Gear: We strongly advise all riders to wear appropriate safety gear, including a certified helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads, at all times while operating the scooter.

2. Legal Compliance & Street Legality

• Laws regarding the operation of electric scooters vary significantly by state, county, and city. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to research and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the legal use of electric scooters on public streets, bike lanes, and sidewalks.

• Arwibon is not responsible for any traffic citations, fines, or scooter impoundments resulting from the violation of local regulations.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• Prices for our products, including scooters, motors, controllers, and batteries, are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and specifications of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are processed and shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.

• While we strive for prompt fulfillment, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Arwibon is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranty, Returns & Refunds

• 1-Year Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. Our electric scooters come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on core components (e.g., motor, controller, battery) under normal use.

• Return Policy: For complete details on eligibility for returns, restock fees, and the refund process, please refer to our dedicated Return & Refund Policy page. Consumable parts (such as tires and brake pads) subject to normal wear and tear are generally excluded from standard warranty coverage unless defective upon arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arwibon and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Arwibon product, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss of data, even if advised of their possibility.
