Arwibon Q06Pro Controller Wiring Guide
If you are replacing both controllers on an Arwibon Q06pro, the wiring inside the deck must be reconnected in the correct order. This procedure covers Controller A, Controller B, the front and rear motor Hall connectors, all six high-current phase-wire joints, the main control harnesses, the two charging-port connectors, and the yellow XT60 battery connection.

Tools and Materials Needed
- Phillips or Allen screwdriver
- Small open-end wrench, approximately 7–8 mm

- Protective gloves
Rear Motor to Controller B
The official procedure starts with the rear motor wiring and connects it to Controller B.
Step 1: Connect No. 1 — Rear Motor Hall Connector
Locate the rear motor white 6-pin Hall connector and the matching Hall connector from Controller B.
Check the wire group before joining the plug.
The procedure shows the Hall wiring in the red, black, blue, green, and yellow color group.
Align the connector guide and locking tab, then push the two halves together until the latch engages.
Do not force the connector if the housings are not aligned.
Step 2: Connect No. 2 — Yellow Phase Wire
Before joining the yellow phase terminals, slide the insulating sleeves onto both wires.
Place the yellow ring terminal from Controller B against the yellow ring terminal from the rear motor.
Insert the bolt and hardware.
Hold the nut with the small wrench while tightening the opposite side with the screwdriver.
The two terminals should sit flat against each other.
Step 3: Connect No. 3 — Green Phase Wire
Slide the insulating sleeve onto the green phase wire before connecting the terminals.
Join the Controller B green ring terminal to the rear motor green ring terminal.
Install and tighten the bolt and nut securely.
Check that the metal terminals remain flat and are not twisted under the fastener.
Step 4: Connect No. 4 — Blue Phase Wire
Fit the insulating sleeve first.
Join the blue Controller B phase terminal to the blue rear motor terminal.
Tighten the bolted joint securely.
Do not move the insulating sleeve over the joint until the hardware has been checked.
Connect the Main Control Harnesses
The next group connects the handlebar controls and the central low-voltage wiring inside the deck.
Step 5: Connect No. 5 — Main Multi-Pin Harness
Locate the wide black multi-pin connector coming from the front control harness.
The official procedure shows a mixed wire group including red, blue, black, orange, white, yellow, and green.
Align the outer guide and locking feature.
Push the connector together until the latch fully engages.
Step 6: Connect No. 6 — 2-Pin Auxiliary Connector
Locate the small black 2-pin plug.
The supplied procedure shows red/black wiring on one side and green/black on the other.
Match the connector shape and locking tab, then push it fully together.
Step 7: Connect No. 7 — Black-to-White 2-Pin Connector
Locate the black 2-pin connector with black/white wiring and the matching white 2-pin connector with red/black wiring.
Align the latch and push the connector fully into place.
Do not pull on the wires after connection. Check the plastic housings instead.
Step 8: Connect No. 8 — Drive-Mode Connector
Locate the small black 2-pin connector shown with black/black wiring on one side and red/yellow on the other.
Align the connector before joining it.
Do not force the plug in the wrong orientation.
Step 9: Connect No. 9 — Transparent-Sleeve Signal Connector
Locate the small 2-pin connector identified by its transparent outer wire covering.
The procedure shows red/white wiring on one side and gray/white on the other.
Connect the two halves until the locking feature engages.
Step 10: Connect No. 10 — Black/Yellow Control Connector
Find the black 2-pin connector shown with black/red wiring on one side and black/yellow on the other.
Align and join the connector.
Check that neither terminal moves backward when the plug is pushed together.
Step 11: Connect No. 11 — Red/Black Control Connector
Locate the next black 2-pin plug.
The official procedure shows black/red wiring on both sides.
Push the connector fully together and check the locking tab.
Front Motor to Controller A
The second controller is Controller A in the supplied installation procedure.
This section connects Controller A to the front motor and to the remaining system harness.
Step 12: Connect No. 12 — Controller A/B Main Link
Locate the wide multi-pin communication connector associated with Controller A.
The procedure shows a mixed group including white, blue, red, black, and green wiring.
Align the guide and push the connector together until it locks.
Step 13: Connect No. 13 — Controller A 2-Pin Control Connector
Locate the small black 2-pin connector.
The supplied procedure shows red/red wiring on one side and blue/green on the other.
Align the locking feature and push it fully into place.
Step 14: Connect No. 14 — Controller A Hall Connector
Find the white 6-pin Hall connector for the front motor.
Match it with the corresponding white Hall connector from Controller A.
Check the wire group and connector orientation before joining them.
Push the two halves together until the latch engages.
Connect the Controller A Phase Wires
The phase-wire arrangement shown in the official Q06Pro procedure is different from the rear motor connection.
Step 15: Connect No. 15 — Yellow to Yellow
Slide the insulating sleeve onto the wiring first.
Join the yellow Controller A phase terminal to the yellow motor terminal.
Before tightening the hardware, keep both wires as straight as practical so the ring terminals are not twisted under load.
Hold the nut with the wrench and tighten the opposite side.
Step 16: Connect No. 16 — Blue to Green
Fit the insulating sleeve before assembling the joint.
Connect the blue phase terminal from Controller A to the green motor phase terminal, following the official procedure.
Keep the wires aligned while tightening the bolt and nut.
Do not change this crossover arrangement to a same-color connection unless you have confirmed a different original wiring configuration.
Step 17: Connect No. 17 — Green to Blue
Slide the insulating sleeve into position before assembling the terminal.
Connect the green phase terminal from Controller A to the blue motor phase terminal.
Tighten the hardware securely while keeping the two wires aligned.
The phase-wire arrangement shown in this Q06Pro procedure is:
- Yellow → Yellow
- Blue → Green
- Green → Blue
Cover All Six Phase-Wire Joints
After the six motor phase terminals have been tightened, inspect each joint before moving the sleeves.
Check that:
- Each ring terminal sits flat
- The bolt and nut are secure
- No terminal is twisted sharply
- No metal connection is loose
Then slide the black or white insulating sleeve over each complete metal joint.
The bolt, nut, and ring terminals should all be covered.
No exposed phase-wire metal should remain inside the deck.
Connect the Battery XT60
After all controller wiring and phase-wire insulation have been completed, install or position the 60V battery in the deck.
Locate the yellow XT60 main battery connector.
Align the keyed connector shape and push the plug fully together.
The yellow XT60 is the main battery connection shown in the official procedure.
For electrical service, it is safer to keep this connector disconnected until the other controller wiring is complete.
Connect the Two Charging-Port Plugs
Locate the two white 2-pin connectors leading to the external charging ports.
The official procedure identifies these as the final two charging-stand connections.
Join each plug to its matching battery-side connector.
Push the housings together until their locks engage.
Arrange the wiring so the connectors are not trapped underneath the battery, controller, or deck cover.

Keep the Phase Wires Straight Before Tightening
The official procedure specifically shows the phase-wire terminals being aligned before the bolt is tightened.
Do not tighten the fastener while the ring terminals are twisted against each other.
A cleaner straight-line arrangement reduces mechanical stress on the terminal and makes it easier to keep the joint fully covered by the insulating sleeve afterward.
Do Not Leave Phase Terminals Exposed
All six bolted phase connections carry motor current.
Once the hardware has been tightened, every metal joint must be covered by its original insulating sleeve.
Do not leave exposed bolts or ring terminals inside the deck.
The scooter vibrates during normal riding, and uninsulated high-current terminals must not be allowed to contact each other or the metal frame.
Check the Controller A Crossover Phase Order Carefully
The official Q06Pro procedure shows Controller A connected with this phase arrangement:
- Yellow to yellow
- Blue to green
- Green to blue
Keep this exact arrangement when following this wiring procedure.
Do not automatically apply the same-color phase sequence used on Controller B.
If the scooter has previously been modified or a different controller version is installed, compare the wiring with the original harness before changing phase order.
Final Electrical Check
Before closing the deck, inspect the complete system again.
Check that:
- Both white Hall connectors are fully locked
- All 17 numbered connections are seated
- Both wide multi-pin connectors are fully latched
- All six phase-wire joints are tight and insulated
- The yellow XT60 connector is fully seated
- Both charging-port plugs are connected
- No wire is trapped under a controller
- No harness crosses a deck-cover bolt hole
- No wire is pressed against a sharp frame edge
Power the scooter on only after the wiring inspection is complete.
If you test the motors, raise both wheels off the ground and begin with a small throttle input.
