⚠️ Safety Notice

• Turn off the scooter before replacement.
• Disconnect the battery power connector before working on the controllers.
• Keep the front and rear controller wiring separated and install them in the correct positions.
• Check all connectors and screws before powering on.

Tools Needed

• Allen wrench set
• Screwdriver
• Electrical tape (if needed)

Step 1: Open the Battery Compartment

1. Turn off the GT08 scooter.
2. Remove the deck cover screws.
3. Carefully lift the deck cover to access the controller compartment.
4. Locate the front and rear motor controllers.

Step 2: Remove the Original Controllers

1. Disconnect the main battery power connector.
2. Disconnect the controller signal connectors.
3. Remove the motor wires:
   • Yellow wire
   • Blue wire
   • Green wire
4. Remove the controller fixing screws.
5. Take out the old front and rear controllers.

⚠️ Important:
The two controllers control different motors. Mark the wiring position before removal to avoid incorrect connections.

Step 3: Install the New Controllers

1. Install the new front wheel controller into the original position.
2. Install the new rear wheel controller into the original position.
3. Tighten the mounting screws.
4. Connect all signal plugs.
5. Connect the motor phase wires according to the original wiring order.
6. Reconnect the main battery power connector.

Step 4: Wiring Check

Before closing the deck cover:

• Confirm the front controller connects to the front motor.
• Confirm the rear controller connects to the rear motor.
• Make sure all connectors are fully inserted.
• Ensure no wires are pressed by the deck cover.

Final Test

1. Turn on the scooter.
2. Lift both wheels off the ground.
3. Slowly test the throttle.
4. Check front and rear motors operate normally.
5. Test braking and display functions.

After confirming everything works correctly, reinstall the deck cover. The Arwibon GT08 dual motor controller replacement is complete.
