Arwibon GT08 Tubeless Tire Replacement Guide

(Tubeless Tire Installation Guide)

⚠️ Notice

Tubeless tires rely on the seal between the tire bead and the rim. Make sure the tire bead is fully seated before riding.

 Tools Needed

  • Tire levers
  • Air pump or air compressor
  • Soapy water

 Remove Old Tire

  1. Remove the wheel from the scooter.
  2. Release all air from the tire.
  3. Use tire levers to separate the tire bead from the rim.
  4. Remove the old tire from the wheel.

Install New Tire

  1. Check the tire rotation direction.
  2. Apply a small amount of soapy water around the tire edge.
  3. Install the new tire onto the rim with tire levers.
  4. Inflate the tire slowly and check that the tire bead moves evenly into position.
  5. Continue inflating until both sides are fully seated.

Final Check

  1. Check the tire edge around the entire rim.
  2. Apply soapy water around the tire and rim connection.
  3. If there are no bubbles, the tire seal is good.
  4. Check tire pressure before riding.

Installation completed.
