How to Fix Front End Wobble on an Arwibon Q06Pro Electric Scooter

Step 1: Check the Left Folding Support Arm

Next, inspect the two through-bolts at the front of the support arm. These bolts connect the folding arm to the stem bracket and use locknuts on the opposite side.

Step 2: Check the Right Folding Support Arm

Do not keep tightening the adjustment bolt until the folding lever becomes excessively difficult to operate.
Step 4: Tighten the Three Stem Clamp Bolts
Move upward to the black aluminum clamp around the lower section of the front stem.
There are three Allen bolts arranged vertically:
- Upper bolt
- Middle bolt
- Lower bolt
Tighten them progressively in this sequence:
Upper → Middle → Lower → Upper → Middle → Lower
Use several passes rather than tightening one bolt completely before touching the others.
The clamp should close evenly around the stem. Concentrating all the tightening force on one bolt can load one section of the aluminum clamp more heavily than the others.
No factory torque value is provided in this procedure, so do not substitute an estimated torque specification.
Step 5: Check the Steering Joint and Bushing for Play
Place one hand around the joint directly below the stem clamp where the stem assembly meets the upper fork and steering section.
Use your other hand to push and pull the handlebars forward and backward.
Feel the joint carefully while the stem moves.
You are checking for:
- Relative movement between the two sections
- A clicking or knocking sensation
- A visible gap opening and closing
- Noticeable forward-and-back play
If this joint still moves after the folding hardware and stem clamp have been tightened, the problem may be inside the steering bushing or bearing area rather than the folding arms.
Do not continue tightening unrelated bolts in an attempt to remove this type of movement.
Step 6: Recheck Every Folding Mechanism Fastener
Go back over the complete front assembly before testing the scooter.
Check the countersunk bolts on both folding-arm side plates, the front through-bolts and locknuts, the folding latch adjustment bolt, and all three stem-clamp bolts.
Move the handlebars forward, backward, and slightly from side to side after each section has been checked.

Hold the front brake and gently push the scooter forward and backward while watching the stem and folding assembly.
Check whether movement can be felt at:
- The folding support arms
- Through-bolt joints
- Folding latch
- Stem clamp
- Steering joint below the clamp
Then turn the handlebars from side to side. Steering movement should remain smooth and should not bind after tightening.
If noticeable play or knocking remains, stop riding the scooter until the worn or loose component has been identified.
