Compare the wire positions on both sides of the connector before reconnecting it.

A bent pin can be pushed farther out of position if the connector is forced together.

Make sure no terminal has been pushed backward during insertion.
Also check that:
- The locking tab has engaged
- There is no unusual gap between the connector halves
- No wire is stretched tightly
- The harness will not be trapped by the deck cover
- The connector is not sitting where vibration or another component can constantly press against it
Step 9: Test the Scooter
After the connector has been inspected and reconnected, restore the scooter to its normal test condition and power it on.
If the original Hall-related fault disappears and the motor starts normally, the connector or one of its terminals may have been the cause.
If the same error, motor hesitation, or abnormal motor sound remains, the fault may require further diagnosis of the Hall circuit, motor wiring, controller, or related components.
