  2. Ensure no loose wires are pinched beneath the aluminum casing.

  3. Align the controller's corner mounting holes with the threaded bosses in the bottom plate of the scooter chassis.

  4. Use your T-handle hex wrench to thread in and tighten the two forward mounting bolts, securing the controller firmly against the frame to maximize heat dissipation.

Step 5: Plug In the High-Current Motor Phase Connectors

  1. Pick up the heavy-duty yellow three-pole power plug leading from the rear motor cable.

  2. Push it straight into the corresponding yellow high-current female receptacle on the right side (Controller B / rear motor block) until fully flush.

  3. Next, take the matching yellow three-pole plug for the front motor.

  4. Push it firmly into the left high-current receptacle (Controller A / front motor block).

  5. Verify both high-power connectors are fully mated with no gaps.

Step 6: Connect Deck Ambient Lights and Cable Tidy

  1. Position the deck side harnesses along the lateral channels of the battery compartment.

  2. Take the acrylic deck plate and locate the pair of small white 2-pin connectors wired to the deck's dual-strip LED running lights.

  3. Connect both white 2-pin plugs to the corresponding power leads extending from the controller harness:

    • Plug 1: Left deck light strip (White 2-pin connector)

    • Plug 2: Right deck light strip (White 2-pin connector)

  4. Verify that each connector clicks together securely.

  5. Neatly fold and tuck all excess wire lengths into the side cavities between the battery pack and frame rails. Ensure the thick main power wires lie flat below the top deck rim.

Step 7: Reinstall the Acrylic Deck Cover

  1. Place the transparent/frosted acrylic deck lid over the chassis opening.

  2. Align all perimeter screw holes along the left, right, front, and rear edges of the frame.

  3. Check around the entire perimeter to confirm no internal wiring is pinched between the acrylic deck and the aluminum rim.

  4. Reinstall and tighten all perimeter countersunk screws evenly to complete the controller installation.
