Arwibon Q30 Seat Assembly & Installation Guide

Tools Required

• Allen wrench set
• Wrench or socket wrench

Step 1: Assemble Seat Cushion and Suspension Post

1. Place the seat cushion upside down on a flat surface.
2. Install the metal mounting bracket onto the seat bottom rails.
3. Insert the top of the suspension seat post into the center hole of the bracket.
4. Adjust the seat angle to a comfortable position.
5. Tighten the nuts on both sides to secure the seat cushion.

Make sure the seat does not move or tilt after tightening.

Step 2: Install the Base Plate on the Scooter Deck

1. Locate the four mounting holes on the rear deck of the Q30 scooter.
2. Remove the original covers or screws if installed.
3. Place the metal base plate onto the deck.
4. Align the holes and tighten the four mounting screws with an Allen wrench.

Make sure the base plate is firmly fixed before continuing.

Step 3: Install the Folding Seat Base

1. Align the folding seat base with the mounting bracket on the deck.
2. Insert the connecting bolt through the mounting holes.
3. Install the washer and nut on the other side.
4. Tighten the bolt with an Allen wrench and wrench.

Do not overtighten. The folding mechanism should move smoothly.

5. Lock the folding base into the upright position.

Step 4: Install Seat Post and Adjust Height

1. Open the seat tube clamp on the folding base.
2. Insert the assembled suspension seat post into the tube.
3. Adjust the seat height according to your riding position.
4. Close the clamp and make sure the seat post is securely locked.

Final Check

Before riding:

• Shake the seat to confirm it is firmly installed.
• Check that the folding mechanism is locked.
• Confirm the seat height clamp is tightened.
• Sit on the seat and test the suspension function.

After confirming all parts are secure, the scooter is ready for riding.
