This product is a complete rear wheel motor assembly and include the tire.
You do not need to purchase a separate tire. The motor assembly can be installed with your original tire.

Tools Required
- Allen wrench set
- Large open-end wrench
- Screwdriver
- Electrical tape (if needed)
How to Remove the Rear Wheel of the Arwibon Q30 Scooter
1. Disconnect Motor Wiring
Before removing the wheel, disconnect the motor cables.
- Open the battery compartment.
- Find the rear motor cable connection.
- Disconnect the yellow 3-pin motor connector (yellow, green, blue thick wires).
- Disconnect the smaller white signal connector (Hall sensor cable).
- Make sure the cables are free and can move with the wheel.
2. Remove Rear Brake Caliper
- Locate the rear brake caliper.
- Use an Allen wrench to remove the two caliper fixing screws.
- Carefully remove the brake caliper from the brake disc.
Do not pull or damage the brake cable.
3. Remove Rear Wheel Motor Assembly
- Use a large wrench to loosen the nuts on both sides of the rear axle.
- Remove the axle nuts and washers.
- Hold the rear wheel with both hands.
- Pull the wheel backward out of the rear frame slot.
- Carefully pull the motor cable out from the frame.
The old rear wheel motor assembly is now removed.
How to Install the Rear Wheel of the Arwibon Q30 Scooter
1. Install Rear Wheel Assembly
- Place the new motor wheel into the rear frame slot.
- Align the motor axle with the mounting position.
- Route the motor cable through the frame opening.
Make sure the cable is not squeezed by the axle or frame.
2. Tighten Rear Axle
- Install the original washers.
- Tighten the axle nuts on both sides.
- Make sure the wheel is firmly fixed and has no side movement.
3. Install Rear Brake Caliper
- Place the brake caliper back onto the brake disc.
- Align the mounting holes.
- Tighten the two fixing screws with an Allen wrench.
Rotate the wheel by hand and check that the brake disc moves normally.
4. Connect Motor Wiring
Open the battery compartment.
Reconnect:
Motor Power Connector
Connect the yellow 3-pin connector:
- Yellow wire
- Green wire
- Blue wire
Hall Sensor Connector
Connect the white multi-pin signal connector.
Make sure all connectors are fully inserted.
Final Testing
Before riding:
- Turn on the scooter.
- Lift the rear wheel off the ground.
- Test the throttle slowly.
- Check motor rotation and noise.
- Test the rear brake.
After confirming everything works normally, close the battery compartment.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@arwibonscooter.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period,Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
