The Arwibon Q30 Scooter LED Display is a replacement dashboard designed for the Arwibon Q30 electric scooter.
It displays important riding information, including speed, battery level, and other scooter status data, allowing riders to check vehicle information while riding.
Note: Q30 LED displays have different versions. Please check the display connector and model before ordering to make sure you select the correct version.

Direct Replacement
Designed for the Arwibon Q30 scooter, this display uses the original mounting position and wiring connection for replacement.
Complete Display Assembly
The package includes the display unit and wiring cable for installation.
Prepare:
Before starting, make sure the scooter is completely powered off.
Step 1: Remove the Display Unit
Remove the screws fixing the display bracket.
Take the old display off the handlebar mounting bracket.
Step 2: Remove the Cable Protection Sleeve
Follow the display cable down from the handlebar.
Carefully unwrap the black spiral cable sleeve to separate the display cable from other cables such as brake and throttle wires.
Step 3: Remove the Waterproof Tape
Locate the display cable connector.
Carefully cut and remove the outer insulation tape.
Avoid damaging the internal wires during this process.
Step 4: Disconnect the Display Connector
Find the multi-pin connector with colored wires.
Hold both sides of the connector and pull it apart to disconnect the display from the scooter wiring system.
The old display can now be removed.
Step 1: Install the New Display
Place the new LED display onto the handlebar bracket.
Adjust the display angle and tighten the mounting screws to secure it.
Step 2: Connect the Wiring
Route the new display cable down to the scooter wiring area.
Align the connector marks and insert the multi-pin plug firmly.
Make sure the connector is fully connected.
Step 3: Waterproof the Connector
Wrap the connected plug with electrical insulation tape.
Apply several layers around the connector area to help protect it from water and moisture.
Step 4: Organize the Cable Sleeve
Gather the display cable together with the other handlebar wires.
Reinstall the black spiral protective sleeve by wrapping it around the cables.
Make sure the cables are organized properly and have enough movement when turning the handlebar.
Step 5: Test the Display
Turn on the scooter and check:
After confirming everything works correctly, complete the final cable arrangement.
