Arwibon Q30 Front Fender Replacement Guide

Tools Required

• Allen wrench set
• Wrench or socket wrench
• Small hammer (optional, for removing a tight axle)

How to Remove the Front Fender of the Arwibon Q30 Scooter

1. Remove the Front Brake Caliper

1. Place the scooter on a stable surface.
2. Use an Allen wrench to remove the two screws fixing the front brake caliper.
3. Carefully move the brake caliper away from the brake disc.

Note: Do not pull the brake cable or squeeze the brake lever during this process.

2. Remove the Front Wheel

1. Use a wrench to loosen the front axle nuts on both sides of the wheel.
2. Remove the axle nuts and keep the washers and spacers safely.
3. Pull out the front axle shaft.

If the axle is tight, gently tap it with a small hammer.

4. Remove the front wheel from the front fork.

Important: Keep all spacers in the correct order. They are required when reinstalling the wheel.

3. Remove the Old Fender

1. After removing the front wheel, locate the two screws fixing the fender under the front fork.
2. Use an Allen wrench to remove both screws.
3. Remove the old front fender from the scooter.

How to Install the Front Fender on the Arwibon Q30 Scooter

1. Install the New Fender

1. Place the new front fender into the original mounting position.
2. Align the screw holes with the front fork.
3. Install the two fixing screws by hand first.
4. Tighten both screws with an Allen wrench.

Make sure the fender is firmly fixed and does not move.

2. Reinstall the Front Wheel

1. Place the front wheel between the front fork.
2. Insert the axle shaft through the fork and wheel.
3. Install the original spacers and washers in the correct position.
4. Tighten both axle nuts securely with a wrench.

Check that the wheel rotates smoothly without side movement.

3. Reinstall the Front Brake Caliper

1. Place the brake caliper back onto the brake disc.
2. Align the mounting holes.
3. Tighten the two caliper screws with an Allen wrench.

Final Inspection Before Riding

After installation:

• Check that the front fender is firmly fixed.
• Spin the front wheel and make sure there is no unusual noise.
• Test the front brake to confirm normal braking performance.
• Make sure all screws and axle nuts are tightened.
