Arwibon Q30 Brake Pad Replacement Guide

Tools Required

• Allen wrench

Remove Old Brake Pads

1. Remove the brake caliper if necessary for easier operation.
2. Use an Allen wrench to remove the brake pad fixing pin.
3. Pull out the fixing pin completely.
4. Remove the old brake pads and spring clip from the caliper.

Install New Brake Pads

1. Install the spring clip between the two new brake pads.
2. Insert the new brake pad set into the caliper.
3. Align the fixing holes.
4. Insert the fixing pin and tighten it.

Final Check

• Make sure the brake pads are fixed securely.
• Check that the brake disc moves normally between the pads.
• Test the brake before riding.
