You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Arwibon Q30 Electric Scooter Back End Splash Guard is a rear fender extension designed to increase the coverage of the original rear mudguard.
It helps reduce mud and water splash from the rear wheel when riding on wet roads, keeping the scooter cleaner and improving riding comfort in rainy conditions.
The extension is made of durable plastic and installs directly onto the original rear fender with the included screws and hardware.

The extended design increases the rear fender length, helping block more water, mud, and dirt thrown from the rear tire.
Direct Replacement Design
The mounting holes are designed to match the original Q30 rear fender, allowing easy installation without modifying the scooter.
Secure Screw Fixing
The extension is fixed with screws and nuts to maintain a stable connection during daily riding.
Place the plastic extended fender at the end of the original rear fender.
Align the two mounting holes between the extension and the original fender.
Make sure the extension is positioned correctly before installing the screws.
Place the washers onto the screws.
Insert the screws from the outside of the rear fender through the mounting holes.
Install the nuts on the inner side.
Use a wrench or socket tool to hold the nuts inside the fender.
At the same time, use an Allen key to tighten the screws from the outside.
Tighten both screws evenly until the extension is firmly fixed.
Important:
Do not tighten from only one side. The screw may rotate together with the nut and cannot be locked properly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@arwibonscooter.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@arwibonscooter.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period,Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
