You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Original Dual Motor Controller Set (Controller A + Controller B) for Arwibon Q13Pro
The Arwibon Q13Pro Front and Rear Wheels Controller Kit includes two original controllers for the Q13Pro dual motor system.
The controllers manage the power output from the battery to the front and rear motors, controlling acceleration, motor operation, and braking response.
Package Includes:
⚠️ Important: The front and rear controllers are different. Please confirm the controller position before installation. Incorrect connection may cause the motor to operate abnormally.

Before replacing the controller, please make sure:
⚠️ Do not pull the wires directly. Always hold the connector body to avoid damaging the cable.
The rear controller controls the rear motor.
Find the controller connected to the rear motor cable.
Locate the three thick motor power wires.
Disconnect the three motor phase wires:
Find the rear motor hall sensor connector.
Press the connector lock and pull it out carefully.
Disconnect the remaining signal cables connected to the controller.
Remove any cable ties holding the controller wires.
Remove the fixing screws or mounting parts of the controller.
Take out the old rear controller.
The front controller controls the front motor.
Locate the second controller inside the deck.
Check that it is connected to the front motor cable.
Disconnect the three front motor phase wires:
Disconnect the front motor hall sensor plug.
Disconnect other control signal connectors.
Remove cable ties around the wiring.
Remove the fixing screws.
Take out the old front controller.
Check all controller connections before powering on.
Make sure:
Connect the battery power connectors.
Arrange the wires inside the deck carefully.
Keep cables away from sharp edges and screw holes.
Do not install the deck cover immediately. Test the scooter first.
If everything works normally:
The replacement of the Arwibon Q13Pro front and rear dual motor controllers is now complete. The scooter should return to normal dual motor performance.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@arwibonscooter.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@arwibonscooter.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period,Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
