(Front Headlight Removal & Installation Guide)

⚠️ Safety Warning

• Make sure the scooter is completely powered off before starting.
• Disconnect the battery power before handling the wiring.
• Do not pull the wires directly when removing connectors.
• After installation, check that the cable does not affect handlebar movement.

🔧 Tools Required

• Allen wrench set
• Scissors or utility knife
• Electrical tape
• Spiral cable sleeve (reuse original sleeve)

How to Remove the Arwibon Q06Pro Scooter Front Light

1. Open the Deck Cover

1. Place the scooter on a flat surface.
2. Use an Allen wrench to remove all screws fixing the deck cover.
3. Carefully lift the cover.

Note:
There may be wiring connected under the cover. Do not pull the cover upward with force.

2. Disconnect the Front Light Wiring

1. Locate the front light wiring inside the battery/controller compartment.
2. Follow the cable from the front stem to find the light connectors.
3. Press the connector lock and disconnect the old front light plugs.
4. Separate the light cable from the main wiring harness.

3. Remove the Old Light Cable

1. Move to the front of the scooter.
2. Find the spiral cable sleeve covering the stem wiring.
3. Remove the spiral sleeve carefully from top to bottom.
4. Slowly pull the old light cable out from the stem.
5. Remove the old light wiring completely.

4. Remove the Old Headlight Assembly

1. Locate the fixing screw under the front light bracket.
2. Use an Allen wrench to remove the mounting screw.
3. Remove the old dual lens headlight from the bracket.

How to Install the Arwibon Q06Pro Electric Scooter Front Light

1. Fix the New Headlight

1. Place the new Q06Pro front light onto the mounting bracket.
2. Insert the fixing screw and washer.
3. Adjust the light angle.
4. Tighten the screw firmly.

Make sure:

• The headlight does not move.
• The light angle is suitable for night riding.
• The screw is fully tightened.

2. Route the Light Cable

1. Guide the new light cable along the front stem.
2. Pass the cable through the front cable opening into the deck compartment.
3. Leave enough cable length near the steering area.

Do not stretch the cable when turning the handlebar.

3. Connect the Light Wiring

1. Open the deck compartment.
2. Find the original front light connectors.
3. Match the connectors and connect the new light plugs.
4. Push the connectors until they are fully locked.

4. Protect the Cable

1. Combine the front light cable with the existing stem wiring.
2. Reinstall the spiral cable sleeve around the wiring.
3. Wrap the connector area with electrical tape.
4. Check that:
   • No wires are exposed.
   • Cable is not loose.
   • Cable does not rub against the stem.
   • Steering movement is not restricted.

Final Test

Before closing the deck cover:

1. Reconnect the battery power.
2. Turn on the scooter.
3. Press the headlight switch.
4. Check that both lenses light up normally.
5. Turn the handlebar left and right to confirm the cable moves freely.
6. Organize the wiring and reinstall the deck cover.

Front light replacement complete.
