You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This seat kit is designed for the Arwibon MT30 electric scooter. It includes the scooter seat, seat post, mounting bracket, and related hardware required for installation.
The kit allows you to add a seat to your MT30 scooter using the original mounting position shown in the installation videos.
Compatible Model: Arwibon MT30 only.
Prepare the required tools for tightening the bolts and nuts.
Before starting, check all parts included in the package and make sure the screws, washers, bracket, seat post, and seat components are ready.
Step 1: Assemble the Seat and Seat Post
The first video shows how to assemble the seat structure.
Install the Seat PostPlace the seat upside down and prepare the seat post, mounting parts, bolts, and washers.
Install the fixing parts through the seat rail and position the seat post correctly.
Tighten the Hardware
Align all components and use the appropriate tools to tighten the bolts and nuts.
After tightening, check that the seat post is firmly connected to the seat and does not move.
The second video shows how to mount the assembled seat bracket onto the MT30 scooter.
Assemble the Base Bracket
Connect the bracket side plates, center support tube, and seat post mounting base using the included hardware.
Make sure all parts are aligned before tightening the screws.
Mount the Bracket to the Scooter
Place the assembled bracket on the rear section of the scooter.
Align the bracket holes with the mounting holes on the scooter frame, then install and tighten the fixing bolts.
Install the Seat Post
Insert the assembled seat post into the bracket opening.
Adjust the seat height to your preferred position and tighten the side fixing screw.
Check After Installation
Before riding:
Make sure all bolts and nuts are fully tightened.
Check that the seat bracket is firmly attached to the scooter frame.
Make sure the seat post does not move after tightening.
Check that the seat height adjustment screw is secure.
Sit on the seat gently and confirm that the structure remains stable.
Do not ride if the seat or bracket feels loose after installation.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@arwibonscooter.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@arwibonscooter.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period,Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
