Dashboard Replacement for Arwibon GT08 Electric Scooter

Compatible with Arwibon GT08 electric scooter. This dashboard kit is used to replace damaged or faulty displays and restore speed, battery, and riding information display.

⚠️ Purchase Notice

GT08 dashboard has old and new versions. The main difference is the connector type.
Please check your original dashboard connector before purchase to make sure you select the correct version. Wrong connector selection may cause installation failure.

⚠️ Safety Notice

• Turn off the scooter completely before replacement.
• Do not pull the wires directly when disconnecting plugs.
• After installation, protect the connector with insulation tape to prevent water and dust from entering.

Tools Needed

• Allen wrench set
• Scissors or knife
• Electrical insulation tape

Remove Original Dashboard

1. Remove Wire Protection

1. Find the dashboard cable under the handlebar.
2. Remove the black spiral cable sleeve around the wiring.
3. Carefully cut and remove the insulation tape around the connector.
4. Do not cut the internal wires.

2. Disconnect Dashboard Cable

1. Find the dashboard connector inside the wiring bundle.
2. Hold the plastic connector and pull it apart.
3. Do not pull the cable itself.

3. Remove Dashboard Screen

1. Use an Allen wrench to remove the dashboard fixing screws.
2. Take off the original dashboard from the mounting bracket.
3. Pull the old cable out carefully.

Install New Dashboard

1. Fix the New Dashboard

1. Place the new dashboard onto the original mounting bracket.
2. Align the screw holes.
3. Tighten the fixing screws.

2. Connect the Cable

1. Route the new dashboard cable along the original wiring path.
2. Connect the dashboard plug to the scooter wiring connector.
3. Make sure the connector is fully inserted.

3. Protect the Connector

1. Wrap the connector with electrical insulation tape.
2. Reinstall the black spiral cable sleeve.
3. Make sure the wiring is tidy and not stretched.

Final Check

1. Turn on the scooter.
2. Check if the dashboard lights up normally.
3. Test speed display, battery level, and riding information.
4. Confirm the dashboard is firmly fixed before riding.

Replacement completed.
