Arwibon GT06 Scooter Headlight and Horn Kit

This headlight and horn kit is a replacement part for the Arwibon GT06 electric scooter. The assembly mounts at the front of the scooter near the base of the steering stem, as shown in the product photos.
The kit includes the light assembly, mounting bracket, cable, and connector shown in the photos.
Compatible Model: Arwibon GT06 only.

Before Installation

Prepare the appropriate wrench or other tools required for the mounting bolt.
Turn off the scooter before starting. Note the position of the original light, cable routing, and connector before removing it.

Installation Guide

1. Remove the Original Light
Disconnect the original wiring connector. Loosen the mounting bolt at the bottom of the light bracket and remove the old assembly.

2. Position the New Light
Place the new light at the original mounting point near the base of the steering stem.
Align the hole in the metal bracket with the mounting point on the scooter.

3. Secure the Mounting Bracket
Reinstall the mounting hardware and tighten the bracket securely.
Before final tightening, point the light toward the front of the scooter and check its position.

4. Connect the Wiring
oute the cable along the original wiring path and connect it to the corresponding connector on the scooter.
Check the connector direction before plugging it in. Do not force the connection.

Check After Installation

Before riding:
Turn on the scooter and test the headlight.
Test the horn.
Check that the mounting bracket and bolt are secure.
Make sure the light points forward and stays in position.
Turn the steering fully left and right and check that the cable is not pulled, pinched, or caught.
Check that the connector remains securely connected.
If the light or horn does not work, turn off the scooter and recheck the wiring connection before riding.
