Before Installation

Prepare the correct Allen key and wrench. Turn off the scooter and place it on a stable surface.
Take a photo of the original assembly before disassembly. Note the position and direction of the sleeves, washers, and other hardware.

Installation Guide

1. Remove the Original Bolt
Hold the nut on one side and loosen the bolt from the other. Remove the bolt and hardware carefully.

2. Remove the Original Sleeves and Hardware
Remove the sleeves, washers, and other components. Keep them in order so you can use their original positions as a reference.

3. Install the New Parts
Install the replacement parts in the same position and direction as the original components.
Do not force any part into place. If something does not fit correctly, check its position and direction again.

4. Reinstall and Tighten the Bolt
Insert the replacement bolt through the joint, install the washer and nut, and tighten the assembly securely.

Check After Installation

Before riding:
Check that the bolt and nut are secure.
Check the handlebar/stem joint for looseness or side-to-side play.
Make sure the joint moves normally without binding.
Check that nearby cables and wires are not pinched or stretched.
Test the scooter at low speed in a safe area.
Do not ride if the handlebar/stem connection is loose or does not move normally.
