Tools Needed

• Allen wrench
• Screwdriver
• Clean cloth

Replacement Steps

1. Turn Off the Scooter

1. Turn off the scooter completely.
2. Remove the key from the old key lock.
3. Make sure the scooter is not connected to a charger.

2. Remove the Old Key Lock

1. Locate the key lock assembly near the handlebar area.
2. Remove the screws or fixing parts holding the key lock in place.
3. Carefully pull the key lock out from the mounting position.
4. Follow the cable from the key lock to find the connector.

3. Disconnect the Cable

1. Locate the key lock connector.
2. Hold the connector body and unplug it carefully.
3. Do not pull directly on the wires to avoid damaging the cable.

4. Install the New Key Lock

1. Insert the new key lock into the original mounting position.
2. Connect the new lock cable to the scooter wiring harness.
3. Make sure the connector is fully inserted and firmly connected.
4. Tighten the fixing screws to secure the key lock.

5. Function Test

1. Insert the key into the new lock.
2. Turn the key to the ON position.
3. Check whether the display powers on normally.
4. Turn the key OFF and confirm that the scooter shuts down correctly.
